Wacomet is reimagining water. Their mission is to use technology to develop a new source of fresh water and make it affordable for every human being on the planet. O0 helped Wacomet to craft the brand system and create a product and a website that represents the incredible technology behind the product.
Our objective was to identify the primary limitations and weaknesses of the interface. To do so, we utilized Hotjar data and studied user interviews conducted by Portrait team. This information was then mapped onto Portrait's product chart and used to create a revised version of the user flow. Following review, we proceeded to the creation of wireframes.
As we worked on improving the user experience, Pentagram focused on establishing the brand identity and setting high standards for the future appearance of the app. We extended Pentagram’s work ensuring consistency between the digital and offline aspects of the product with design system.
With the brand system in place, we created a product that helps to provide sustainable water service to consumers, businesses, and cities via a peer-to-peer distribution platform — all focused on delivering Wacomet's promise to "make access to water affordable and abundant for every human being on the planet."
