Crusoe is bringing computing to where the energy happens. Fast, low cost, simple. The company pioneers digital infrastructure that taps into wasted energy and creates solutions that benefit the environment, local communities, and energy producers.
This time, Crusoe also needed a rush of new energy. O0's job was to transform and reorganize the brand for the new challenges ahead.
Crusoe is about a clean environment and efficient solutions, so the new brand is simple, open, and dynamic.
As part of the brand transformation, O0 refined the existing logo, making it consistent in shape and visually balanced. For the brand’s visual identity we have chosen lots of space, slightly muted colors, and minimalistic photography to align with Crusoe's future-focused mission.
We use four types of photos to tell stories about the brand: Energy, Compute, Nature, and Manufacturing. Images representing Crusoe are wide and open, have clear compositions with uncluttered background.
A suite of icons explains industry terms, balancing the right amount of detail and abstraction. Icons are mostly used on the website and in presentations, yet we've came up with new applications as style-defining elements on merchandise.
Refreshed brand exists in digital and physical space, staying cohesive and consistent as a system. The identity sits well across the various applications, remaining tech-forward yet approachable.
