You’ve probably heard of Microsoft Teams. It’s the ultimate messaging app for organizations, offering real-time collaboration, communication, meetings, and file sharing.
Microsoft Teams approached us with the task of refreshing their digital backgrounds to create more inviting environments for their users.

There’s no place like home, right? We set out to create a warm, cozy atmosphere by playing with elements, shapes, colors, and lighting.
Each background we created features a unique pastel palette and specialized lighting, designed to evoke a calming, homely atmosphere. Users can choose from three distinct styles, each reflecting a different mood, purpose, and approach to the day: a cozy, relaxing living room; a vibrant, eclectic space; and a modern, rustic attic.
Cozy blanket? Check. Cute plant? Check. Fireplace? Definitely not required, but highly encouraged. Just like in real interior design, textures and patterns play a crucial role in creating an authentic atmosphere. We meticulously crafted each object in 3D, fine-tuning textures, patterns, and shapes to ensure the space feels lifelike and gives the perfect work-from-home vibe.
The piece of art is both calming and inspiring. That’s why we took the opportunity to create a series of unique digital artworks in various styles. From the soft, dreamy strokes of Impressionism to the bold, geometric forms of Cubism, and the weirdly wonderful creatures of Naïve Art.
